I have been working full-time real estate since September of 2004, starting as a real estate appraiser and then getting my sales license in 2015. In 2020, I withdrew from appraising to focus solely on selling real estate. Starting as an appraiser I learned real estate from the inside out, from top to bottom, learning not only the key aspects of valuing properties but also in spotting structural defects and potential dangers as well. Throughout the home buying or selling process, I like to educate and inform my clients with that experience so that they can make good, informed decisions, whether selling or buying. I retain three professional designations; SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), & RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert). The SRS designation designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance of REALTORS® who use their ideas and expertise to professionally and ethically represent sellers. The SRES designation is for REALTORS® who meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling or buying. The RENE certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills to be skillful advocates for their clients. From commercial to residential, urban to rural, condos, vacant land, single-family, multi-units, from tear down to $2mil+, I have had real-world experience with them all. Having covered a 10+ county area throughout my appraisal career I’m well versed in literally any market in Central Ohio, I primarily cover Franklin, Pickaway, and Fairfield counties but am also very active in Madison, Hocking, Licking and Delaware counties.
