I have been working full-time real estate since September of 2004, starting as a real estate appraiser and then getting my sales license in 2015. In 2019, I withdrew from appraising to focus solely on selling real estate. Starting as an appraiser I learned real estate from the inside out, from top to bottom, learning not only the key aspects of valuing properties but also in spotting structural defects and potential dangers as well. The RENE certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills to be skillful advocates for their clients.
